Since the initial release in 1988, CCAR Part 145 “Approval of Civil Aircraft Maintenance Organization” has been revised three times and the English version thereof has also been issued.
Anyway, the audit report analysis result of the past few years shows that the misunderstanding or wrong interpretation of the regulations’ requirement is one of the primary contributing factors. In order to help the foreign MRO to get better understanding and comply with CCAR-145 requirements constantly, and to provide a platform to communicate between CAAC and foreign MRO as well, the CCAR-145 regulation training courses provided for the key managers (accountable manager, quality manager, etc.) of foreign MRO are available.
The training courses are scheduled to be held 4 classes in Beijing. The quality manager of MRO is required to attend at least.
