STEP-1
The following documents shall be submitted to CAAC
1. Application for issue of maintenance organization certificate (F145-1).(Sample).
2. General introduction of the change (including the background, elements affected by this change, timeframe, status of local approval, etc.).
3. Revised Maintenance Management Manual.
4. Self Evaluation List for Maintenance Organization Manual (SEL-MOM ).(Sample).
5. Revised Maintenance Capability List (if applicable) and the list in Excel.(Sample).
6. Demonstration of local approval for the change.
STEP-2
CAAC issues a notification of acceptance for the application documents.
STEP-3
CAAC issues a notification of acceptance for the application including the acceptance and on-site audit fee.
STEP-4
CAAC on-site audit.
STEP-5
Conclusion of issuance of Maintenance Organization Certificate.
