According to CAAC’s Advisory Circular (AC145-2), Maintenance Organization shall pay auditing fee as a CAAC certified or being certified Maintenance Organization, there has clear formulation and description about how to calculate auditing fee except how to calculate Supplementary Fee in practice.

 

In AC145-2, Supplementary Fee includes: air ticket fare, meals and accommodation fee, ground transportation fee etc.

 

Up to now, CAAC calculates part of Supplementary Fee(Airfare only) into amounts of auditing fee listed in our formal “Notification of Acceptance for Application” which is provided to Maintenance Organization for wire transfer to CAAC account. For the rest of Supplementary Fee, meals and accommodation fee, ground transportation fee, shall be offered by Maintenance Organization in place, this is a more convenience means for auditors to prepare auditing.
